Chris is the Founder and President of Benefit Watch, Inc. Having come from a successful 18-year career developing and growing the Johnson Kendell and Johnson Company of Newtown, PA, he then began his current endeavor in 1987. The Company has thrived under his direction and guidance having over 50 years of industry related experience. Chris still maintains an 8-hour workday, 5 days a week with absolutely no intentions of reducing his commitment to the clientele. He maintains and fosters high level executive relationships with all major Insurance Carriers and as well General Agencies throughout the Tri State Area. He is married to his wife Michele for 56 years now and she has supported him throughout the many years of business. Chris also maintains an appreciation of Antiquities and has been collecting for decades. All clients as well as friends and family are always welcome to his historic office in Yardley, PA to stop in for a visit and view the collection.

Nicole is an Employee Benefit Consultant with Benefit Watch. She joined the business in August of 1995 and thoroughly enjoys interacting and supporting the client base will all needs related Healthcare. Nicole is a member of the Society for Human Resource Management, keeping up to date on the ever-changing world of corporate insurance and all Federal, State and Local guidelines and compliances. In addition, she is a trained and certified Medicare Agent as well as the Pennsylvania Individual Exchange (PENNIE). She has resided in Bucks County, PA her entire life, currently in Holland, PA with her husband Dave and two daughters Abigail and Sydney, as well as their four legged "son", Ozzy.

Chris Mahle Jr. (known by "Chip" in the industry) is a Licensed Insurance Benefit Consultant having amassed more than 27 years of experience. Chip specializes in all aspects of Group and Individual Insurance and every area related (Health, Dental, Life, Disability, Executive Compensation). He has immersed himself in the Insurance Industry building relationships designed to protect and serve the clients. He is inspired daily by the support from his wife Jill and their four children. Chip has served the community for the last 17 years as a youth basketball coach mentoring every level from Elementary to High School. Whether at work, home or on the court, he lives by the Benefit Watch standard — "Success is a Journey, Not a Destination."

John Connor has served the community as Broker Consultant for 52 years. His start, like Christopher Mahle, Sr., also came as one of the founding members of Johnson Kendell and Johnson in Newtown, PA. Had it not been for John’s direct involvement, JKJ would have never experienced the success as such during 3 decades of serving national and local businesses. His specialty is the world of Executive Compensation (Life and Disability) and as well Financial Consulting to Direct Ownership, Capital Investment Ownership and as well all upper-level corporate management. John’s career with Benefit Watch has spanned 25 years now and without his dedication, work ethic and his enduring honesty to all, our success as well as our customers’, would never have been realized. John remains a resident of Bucks County and enjoys spending as much time as possible with his family.

Liz Hasten joined Benefit Watch in 1990 and has been a dedicated Benefits Consultant for over 30 years. Her expertise ranges in all areas of Group Insurance Products with a focus on the large group market specializing in Level and Self-Funded contracts. Liz has dedicated herself to the clients over this span and her client service, and thus retention, is a testament to her work ethic. On the rare occasion when not at Benefit Watch, she can be found enjoying her family (husband, children, and grandchildren) on a sandy beach in the south!

John joined Benefit Watch in 2019 to oversee Business Development and Customer Retention. He is a seasoned Executive with over 24 years’ experience in Corporate Insurance, B2B, B2C, Sports, Hospitality, Small Business Sectors throughout the Delaware Valley and as well the Tri State Area. John maintains business relationships vital to the client support systems that protect the financial interests and integrity of our current and perspective clientele.
